Event Description

When Women Join Together in Circle, Soul Magic Happens! *Happening monthly on Thursdays, 6:30 - 8:30pm at A Touch of Meraki in Gig Harbor Women's Soul & Sound Circle! Join together with other women as we dive deep into the layers of how we show up in the world based on what is programmed in our energy body. *No prior experience or knowledge about the energy system is needed to participate. Each month we will decode a specific energy center in the body to uncover what it looks like when it is in balance and what it can look like out of balance with all the shades of grey in between. We will explore our own programming through gentle shadow work and deep relating. We will end each session with guided meditation and sound healing to support release and to call in new programming as we shift into a higher state of empowered being and loving in the world. We will start at the Root energy center and work our way up to the Crown and then go beyond to a few more energy centers. Join any circle you want to or join all of them. I firmly believe you will arrive at the circle you were meant to join. Chairs are available for anyone who is unable to sit on the floor. I look forward to meeting you.
