I view this as a continuation of the original session. Sessions are anywhere from 5 - 6 hours long: We spend 2.5-3 hours chatting about you, your life to date and what to expect in your session. Then we spend 2.5 hours in trance hypnosis and about 45 minutes debriefing your session.
